Dissolving the Mask
Who is behind the mask?
What makes my mindset different from the other?
It could be true that you are these identities. It is also understood that we have different roles to play in this Life depending on the situation in time we find ourselves but have we spent some time to know who we are in the midst of this play?
We might conclude that the body is who we are but wait a second… The body is a vehicle you carry and cannot be you!
Remember, you “have” it, you are not it!
You cannot be the driver of a car and call yourself the car!
Who is that who owns or carry the body?
Remove your relationship, remove your name, remove your past, remove your status, remove your achievements, place yourself in this endless space and spend some time there. Atimes, we get attached to a particular identity for too long that we lose the essence of who we are. In the present societal construct, our ability to opt in and out of different identities seamlessly is been considered as a condition that dignifies sanity. Who wears the mask called identity?
Yes, that who is neither these identities but without its presence there is no identity!
That who does nothing in the sense that it can’t be identified in precise terms, but leaves nothing undone — Who am I?
This is a million dollar question that
“You have to keep breaking your Heart until it opens”
