Why am I Unhappy?
Happiness can only be realized when the acceptance of the moment becomes a living experience for you.
Being happy does not necessarily mean that everything is perfect. It means that you have decided to look beyond the imperfection of the moment.
Coming to a realization and practical understanding that events (be it “good” or “bad”) unfold for your growth is the only way to liberation.
Everything is thought.
You have become miserable because you have held on to thoughts that reject the present moment.
The only way you can let go of this thought is to be in total acceptance of the moment and on its own accord creativity/solution will arise in accordance with the need of the moment or situation at hand.
Rather than holding on to thoughts like “why me?”, “why is this happening to me?”, instead, feed your subconscious mind with a thought like “What is this event trying to teach me?” In this state of surrender, you are bound to experience the beauty that comes with the moment.
Every situation that arises at the moment is a Blessing in disguise, unravel it!
Do you remember that when you were at a tender age, you were always vibrant with Life?
Yes! You cared less about what others thought about you. You were never expecting events to unfold in a certain way. You were always ready to face Life as it unfolds before you and this brings out the creativity in you.
Letting go was an easy phenomenon.
As you grew older, society began to dump her ideology/concepts of how things “should” be on your mind (you must do things this way”, “no, you don’t do that!”, “this is how it is done”, etc.). The burden of these concepts began to take its toll on the mind and boredom start to set in. You began to lose your creativeness owing to the need to meet up with the expectation and standard of the society you live in.
